Can I schedule flower delivery for a future date?
Absolutely. You can choose a future delivery date during checkout, making it easy to plan ahead for birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy flowers, holidays, and other special occasions.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, funeral homes, and businesses?
Yes. We deliver throughout the Salt Lake Valley, including funeral homes, cemeteries, hospitals, businesses, and other local facilities.

What happens if the recipient isn't home?
If no one is available, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe location whenever possible or follow any delivery instructions provided with the order. If conditions aren't suitable, we'll contact the recipient or sender for the next steps.
Can I pick up my flowers instead of having them delivered?
Yes. Pickup is available at all five of our walk-up locations:

Yes. If a flower is in season and available, we'll do our best to include it in your arrangement. If it's unavailable, we'll recommend similar blooms that complement your design.

How does the flower vending machine work?
Simply choose your bouquet, complete your purchase at the machine, and take your flowers with you. The machine is stocked with fresh florist designed bouquets and offers a convenient option outside traditional flower shop hours. The vending machine at Millcreek Common is open 24 hours.

How do I care for fresh flowers?
How to make them last:
• Use a clean vase and fresh water.
• Trim about ½" from each stem at an angle.
• Change the water every 1–2 days.
• Keep flowers away from heat, direct sun, AC vents, and ripening fruit.
